PICS [Pedestrian Information and Communication Systems]
The Pedestrian information and Communication Systems support the elderly and the disabled to move around safely.
The PICS provides accurate information about the safety of the intersection by voice.
In 2020, an advanced PICS system was introduced, which uses Bluetooth to transmit pedestrian signal information to smartphones and other devices, as well as to extend the green signal by operating smartphones and other devices.
